Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a job interview audit or any additional service.

2. Bookings and Payments
Sessions: All bookings made through our website or via Calendly are subject to availability and acceptance by Nicole Fulfer Coaching.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Once a session is booked, the price for that specific service is locked in.
Payment Terms: You agree to pay all charges associated with your session according to the payment schedule provided at the time of registration.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

4. User Conduct & Event Behavior
We are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and growth-focused space for our clients.
You agree to act respectfully and responsibly toward the coach and any other session attendees.
Nicole Fulfer Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from a session, without a refund, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or harmful to the group.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nicole Fulfer Coaching acts as a coach and mentor in assisting you with boosting your job interview skills and confidence but cannot guarantee any outcome, nor do we guarantee that you will secure a job.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
